She did a wonderful job on floral arrangement for my brother, and father funeral. I was so impressed with the arrangement she did for my father. She was very sweet. I came on a Monday and flowers were delivered on Wednesday. I can’t thank her enough.

We have tried to reach you on the phone to no avail. Are you still open for business? My brother's funeral is coming up and we wanted to use your service as you have been doing an excellent job for our family. Calling to make appointment for two weeks and the to funeral is this weekend.

I’m late writing this review - but late is better than never. Ms. Marcie and her staff sent an outstandingly beautiful rose casket spray and standing spray for the funeral of a family friend. I got excellent value for the money spent, beautiful and fresh roses (no carnations as per my request), and on-time delivery. Highly recommended. Follow up: Mrs. Marcie does it again — the second time for the funeral of a family member. I will update the review with photos, once I have them. Very high quality, fresh flowers made according to my preferences and tastes.

We ordered three floral arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. Two of the arrangements were supposed to be red, which is my grandmother's favorite color. However, they were blue and purple. We contacted Marcie about the incorrect colors. She attempted to shift the blame to the grieving family by asking, "didn't you see the flowers at the viewing?" We hadn't seen the flowers before the funeral. She offered to provide free flowers for the gravesite; however, we had already purchased flowers for the grave. I've made multiple attempts to contact Marcie to have further discussions, but no one ever answers the telephone. As a business owner, I would expect her to follow-up to address our concerns. We paid over $700 for the flowers; this is a costly mistake. There are no other forms of communication available such as an email or a website. I will be reporting Marcie's Florist to the Better Business Bureau. It's disappointing to the family that we received incorrect flowers on such a sad occasion. There's no way to rectify this egregious act. If zero stars were an option for rating this business, I would rate this florist a zero!
